The installation service they did were great. Windows quality were excellent. It fit perfectly and give a great vibe in our house. Their prices was really reasonable. I didn't have any issues during process as well. The staff we talked were all nice and very professional. Great company, excellent service!

I thought it was going to be difficult and expensive to get a new windows but they made everything seamlessly good. Master Seal has just delivered new windows to us.  We contacted them to replace the most of the windows in our previous home. The salesman were incredibly friendly and, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable. His installers are both professional and courteous. We have recommended this company to several friends, and they are all as pleased as we are. There is no greater service!

Everytime I walk by my front door I want to cry! We were RIPPED OFF. The quality of this door isn't as good as a door from Home Depot or Lowe's. It came with a scratch large enough that the installation guy had to use touch up paint,& you can see it. The handle, locks & knocker are the cheapest quality I've ever seen. The storm door doesn't close properly, The lock has Plastic lip! They didn't put in peephole as we ordered. Not to mention that when I tried to call & get something done they stonewalled me & basically told me & my husband tough luck. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Most of the companies I contacted for doors had very little knowledge or samples to show. Master Seal came out to my home with lots of samples of steel and fiberglass doors. The sales rep explained all the differences and helped me find the right product for me. The quality was much better than I had seen elsewhere and the price was very reasonable. They had a wide choice of storm doors also. I loved the installer who mentioned he had been with Master Seal 20 years. Very professional and I could not be more pleased with my Front doors. Lots of compliments. Karen

This company primarily sells and installs doors made by another company.  The doors are generally well-made.  However, MasterSeal is barely trustworthy.  The salesperson in particular can not be trusted.  The customer is never given a breakdown of the prices, and he ensures that he overcharges you for absolutely everything he can.  Periodically, the company has a sale, but since there are no firm prices documented anywhere, it is really just a farce.  I know, I bought some doors from them....

I purchased doors and windows for my home and the quality of entry doors and storm doors was great. The installer was profesional and knowledgeable. Also the follow up service later was done very quickly. I would suggest Master Seal to anyone redoing there doors and windows. John
