        Overall

        Bad experiences on a consistent level. Office drops the ball a lot, from not answering their phones, to not phoning in prescriptions (I went twice to the pharmacy who said doctor office never called), to prescribing a medication for me that was incompatible with other meds I was taking because nurse practitioner didn't bother to look at the other medications I was taking (recorded in their files), to an after hours emergency line that appears unattended, to an over hour wait after the scheduled appt time. to Barbarite being too busy so nurse practitioners seeing patients, to (get this) the office was giving me tests for another patient because they mixed me up with somebody else. As one of a few doctors in Parkland I thought it convenient living in Parkland to go to this office but I now intend to drive further to find a competent practice.
