Works with American Home Shield. Charged the $100.00 payment up front and didn't do any work. Invoice was rubber stamped but no address for company. No company marked vehicle, no company ID.

They provided me a quote to replace my pool pump and said they needed 4 days to order the part. When I called the day before the appointment to confirm the call dropped. When I called again, no reply. When I called the next day, the call dropped again. Actually the guy apparently hung up on me. Apparently he didn't feel like doing the job because he never showed up.

We hired Aqua-Brite Pool and Spa Repair to re-coat our pool and pool deck and also to install a salt system. Initially the pool re-surface looked good but it has only lasted a little over a year. Problem #1 - The product was guaranteed by Aqua-brite to last 10 years. On our first attempt to contact them about the re-surface epoxy paint coming off and our old original stuff showing through and primer showing took several days to reach someone and then an office assistant returned an email saying this was chalking and it was due to improper chemical and maintenance of the pool. No one from the company came to look at the problem. Not sure how they determined this was chalking. We had the water tested and our chemicals were fine. Again, this is not chalking you can actually see the primer and old coating in multiple parts of the pool. We made a second attempt to contact Aqua-brite and again after a couple of days they did return the call but still did not offer to come see our problem or address our need to have this fixed in a timely manner. Problem #2 - the deck coating which they applied had problems from the day they left the job. The paint was not the right paint and Auqa-brite even had the paint manufacturer out to view our pool deck to see the issues of this paint not sticking to our surface. After several attempts we had to just agree to live with it and we were left some extra paint to touch up as it peeled off....this was a regular process to re-paint to keep the deck from looking ghetto so we decided after a year and half to hire a company to install pavers. For this to be done and the coping around the pool we needed to drain the pool (which is why we contacted Aqua-Brite a second time to ask them to come view the issue of the re-surface job they did once the pool was drained). No results and we just get pushed off with little to no concern. Problem #3 - the salt system - this failed a few months after it was installed and although they did work with us to get to the manufacturer for the warranty replacement they did not assist even though we hired them for this job. It took weeks to get this resolved because the salt system which we were sold 4 months earlier was now no longer being made and the company had to find parts. This too was a long and painful process all without having the use of our pool. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were prompt before payment and then everything went downhill from there. The work did not last (about 16 months to be exact on the re-surface; pool deck always had to be re-painted in spots from day one and salt system was replaced within 4 months.) and they do not stand behind their work. It takes days to reach them and then days to have someone come out to view the problem...if they come at all. We invested $4500 in this project to only have it last one season and now we are investing again another $5000 + to have this done correctly. They provide poor quality products, workmanship and customer service.
