The vehicle that was purchased had an odometer reading at less than 90K miles. After approx. 1.5 years, it was listed on cars.com and a carfax report was obtained. Its pretty obvious that the 205,000 miles went to exempt from reporting by Kendall Richards. He claims that he gave an AMU statement, I believe he called it, which was something along the lines of Actual Miles Unknown .The Miles were clearly known, and because federal law requires EVERY vehicle to have an odometer statement with exception of vehicles over ten yrs and a few others, Kendall interpreted this as meaning he had no obligation to disclose an approximation of the miles of the vehicle. My question to him was not answered. What was wrong the original odometer ?I hope to take him out of business. Of all the things to disclose, I d think he legally had an obligation to disclose the 100,000 miles that were not on the odometer, that he clearly knew about when he purchased the vehicle, all carfax considering....Unknown Owner06/10/2011 205,762 MILES Ohio Motor Vehicle Dept. I bought two vehicles through them and had no problems with either one. Staff was always nice to me.
Recently traded trucks at Astorg Dodge. Worked with Bob Gerichten who was very helpful in getting what I needed done. Would recomend Bob to my friends he did a great job. Gary Duckworth
Daughter in law purchased a car here lasted 2 days and the transmission failed haven't made 1st payment yet. They didn't give her the required warranty or the required 3 day right to cancel. They are refusing to fix the issue and are threatening a woman with a newborn baby when she has went over to talk to them.I gave them a chance to fix the issue but to no avil so I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of West Virginia.Should be 0 stars but not available.Several laws were broken by this company and they are not trustworthy.Do not deal with them.
this is the worst place ever. do not buy a car here unless you want to have one that has a problem the minute you drive it off the lot. also, you will also be lucky if you ever get a title to it. I have had to purchase additional temp tags at my own expense, almost twenty dollars, because I have no title after almost 2 months. my car began having problems the day after I bought it and I am now going to have to pay to get it fixed even though it was not sold as an "as is" vehicle. I have had to contact the attorney general to hopefully get some resolution to my problems, and note I said problems in the plural, not problem. do not buy from this place, go elsewhere!!!!!!!! they force you give one star, but I would like to give it minus zero stars.
the employer underpays employees under the table to avoid taxations, sells vehicles knowing their minor-to-major defects, Goes on vacations too regularly, employees basically run the show. Good company none the less, 1-2 Honest employees, Unreliable owners. This is all true behind-the scenes info from me, a family member of one effected personally with this company, the company is great, but its an unreliable company, its lost its internal morals, one employee is basically the owner, and frankly as much as people do love coming to it, the owner does hate some frequent customers when they come in about little things like a minor repair, looking at vehicles w/o purchase, and anything he cant make a sexual reference of later.this is all from the owner, not the employees, i am sharing my personal experiences, as i am in there near daily, i have seen the issues front hand, liek any company it has its faults, but illegal actives like tax avoiding, hiring employees who have been arrested multiple times for drug posession, dui, and grand-theft, some of which stil had a Ankle Bracelet on, but hidden. then the owner had his girlfriend at the time play telephone to avoid getting the full blame, so using a accessory to harass a customer (me) will NOT be condoned. i Love the company, i love soem employees, but Not its internal+the owner's personal affairs to its customers.
Worst costumer service I have ever seen in my life. Beware of savaged titles on their cars. Do not buy a car without taking it to a professional mechanic first!! -2 star rating is what I'd put if that was an option. But 1 star is the lowest I can give.
I went there to have my oil changed. They didn't drain the old oil, didn't put on a new filter and just added 5 qts. of oil. I as lucky my seals didn't blow. Paid $50 for that service, never again. As shady as they come.
I know people don't usually read reviews this may not be seen. I am going to rate the entire car lot, owner and employees as an F minus. You should be ashamed for ripping people off!! Either you don't inspect your cars or you rig them to run for a month or so and when they break down you blame the driver!!!! Not only do you get the car back to resell it but you get the money they have already paid. GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY!!!!!!!! DON'T BUY HERE.
They helped me a bunch and weren't so pushy with buying a car. Good service! Would recommend.
