just not very happy with it. you would think they would take as good of care of existing customers as they do the new customers
The person I spoke with in customer service was personable, professional and knowledgeable regarding all of my questions, which were many. All were clearly answered to my complete satisfaction.
I call to have my cable disconnected after 13 years, bought a house and moving, I called sent the request on the 4th of September and the told me they would shut it off November 3rd, I had already moved out but this way they can get another month of money out of me, you don't treat good customers this way! Go with Dish people, save so money and hassle!
NO RUN AWAY! Terrible customer service.
