Dugan Plumbing

I had the same experience as Angel1922 had with this man. I retired from a plumbers and steamfitters union local, could have done the work myself in 2 days if my health permitted it took him 3 weeks at least and it is the worst craftsmanship quality of work I've ever had done for me. He used 2 friends to do 95% of the work both weren't even plumbers 1 was an older gentleman he left at my house to finish running gas line that didn't even know how to run pipe I didn't know he'd left him until the man told me it time for his meds and he had been left alone. He had to call Dugan's X - wife to get a ride home. I was having my house roofed at the same time and was told by the roofers one day when the plumber showed and left 15 min later. Beware of this guy he's the sorriest plumber I've ever seen!! My front yard was a mess when they left it took me and a neighbor a day to rake the dirt back into the ditch they spread 10 foot from the ditch over yard that had grass causing me to have to re-seed the entire front yard!!

I would never recommend this company nor will we ever use them again!!! My mother had work done and not only did they OVERCHARGE they took advantage of an elderly women who didn't know any better and paid them when they claimed they were done. When the family tried to call and get them to come back and fix their horrible job they cursed us out, told us to shut the F@#K up and asked us to come down to their office, threatening that we would have to dig our own hole when they were done with us...Now we have a valley of water draining under the house only to damage the foundation!!! Call a REAL plumber if you need the job done right!!!
