Michael represented me for 2 years and never gave me an invoice, even when I requested one. I finally got one a few weeks ago showing a balance of $3000 and he requested $1500 to continue. Then he advised he needed the full balance. I couldn't do it. He dropped me as a client and didn't serve my son's father. He did file the motion for child support modification. I live 2 hours away from the courts. This puts me in a bad position. This lawyer left me to fend for myself in the middle of my battle. I would have been able to manage my retainer better if I had the invoices I asked for since the beginning. Michael made it seem like my needs were not worth the effort for him. I would not recommend him in the future.
