If you want your order screwed up - again and again then this is the location for you! They refuse to give the owners name and number (wonder why?). Go somewhere else! They don't care about customers or service!
I was at Carl's Jr. Saturday morning, May 2, and was very disgusted by the language one of the supposed shift leaders was using. I believe her name tag said Bri. I know it's just a fast food place but I would prefer not to have my meal served with a side of profanity. Not a place for children.
It is impossible to get an order right here - tragically I love their chicken, and the only way to get it is to go here. You must go inside! Avoid the drive-thru! When you get your order, open it to make sure everything is there, and the right stuff is there, and check everything for freshness, or you're going to get biscuits that shatter when you try to eat them, old dried out chicken, etc. The quality control is non-existent, you must do it yourself. Wife brought home chicken nuggets from their drive thru. Box was filled with unknown cheesey substance that was very disgusting. She was mad and asked that I return. The manager was unreasonable. This was not the 1st time we have received bad QC from this location. The QC begins from the management and the ownership. Although this McDonalds is the closest to the house we must now drive by and We recommend others do the same.
Being PepsiCo corporation I expected when I gave notice I got sick after eating there, I would get at least an apology. Instead I got rudeness and hostility. Bad management! Not like any other in franchise that I've talked to.
