YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

We've put together a small list to get you started on your journey -- and the first step starts with a single box.
I have lived here for 2.5 years now out of convenience and the cost of living. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. They go through maintenance guys and supervisors like most people go through toilet paper. The thing is, none of them care. It takes 2-5 days and multiple calls to get anything repaired or replaced. Plus, if it is "working" even though it is broken, it will not be replaced. The attitude that you receive from the employees here is so ridiculous. They are dismissive and uncaring. There is a good chance that when you ask a question in the office you will be given the answer "I don't know." Forget about having company over. There is barely any visitor parking and the complex works with a sleazy towing company! With all the new apartment complexes going up in Parker, this is the LAST place I would choose now!
It takes weeks to months to have a work order issued to complete to satisfaction. My AC was called in during the summer at least 7 times, before they had to tear out the walls, reported my dryer not working 3 weeks ago. 3 maint calls later, 4th this morning. I walked up to the office upset. I was told by Leticia she was in charge and couldn't speak to me until I calmed down. Then I was talked down to. Poor Management.
This apartment complex has a great location! But that is where the good things end. Sure the apartments are nice and pretty, but I actually want things to work.I have lived here for a month now and still do not have a working washer and dryer. When I walked through the apartment before signing my lease I voiced several concerns that I was promised would be fixed before i signed my lease. I should have insisted on seeing it again before signing. When I walked into the apartment none of those things had been done. The apartment was absolutely filthy, it was not painted, and there was no washer, or dryer. When I went to the front office to complain the office manager instead that I was lying and the apartment was painted. But she would send a maintenance person to address my other needs. The maintenance person came to my apartment and confirmed that it had NOT been painted, and also informed me that it was his first day back from vacation, and he told the office my apartment was not move in ready before he left for vacation. But they let me move in anyway. He fixed the minor things that needed done- the fridge needed set up and so did the stove. and he scheduled housekeeping to come and clean, but that was it.When I went back to the front office to ask when the painters where scheduled so I could know when to move my stuff in, the office manager again in sited it had been painted. So I finally brought her some pictures, and she was very apologetic, realizing she was wrong. But apologies don't mean much if your not bona follow through with themOn to my biggest concern right now.We did not receive a washer and dryer for 2 weeks after moving in. Then I went into the office on my day off and asked about it again, and was tad oh the washer is here, its just been in storage the last week. Well why couldn't they have out it in sooner? because they only have 3 maintenance staff- 1 of which is still in his probation period and isn't allowed in occupied apartments without one of the other. So now I finally have a washer and dryer and I can do my laundry myself right? Wrong. It worked for 2 days and on the second day I came home to find that while the washer was in the spin cycle, the entire canister that spins had fallen out of the tracks and onto the floor of the machine. I am now on the second week of waiting for it to be fixed. Since phone calls and in person trips to both the front office and directly to the maintenance staff doesn't seem to work, maybe a public review will. All in all, if you are looking for a place to live. this is NOT it!Can't wait until my lease is up!
Worst web for online payment ever made, forget automating your payments with these people. And, don't think that talking to the office workers either. They will tell you that maybe you don't know what you're doing or look at you like you have a third head - very rude office manager there!
Be aware that if you choose a first level or ground apartment you will pay $10.00 more. If there is a garage available, it will not be near your building. If you are on the north side of any building, there may be an ice problem. People have fallen down. I am a witness to that. The first time I reported face to face with management, I was told maintenance "does not" do the ice removal but an "outside" company has to be called. They threw salt on top of the ice which did nothing. My daughter just had a baby, and the ice is still there. Her friend fell and hit his head on 3-28 2013. I calledmanagement to tell them and they never asked how he was! The reply was, "that per the lease agreement notation, that maintenence is not obligated to deal with the ice, but they try to keep it clear as a "courtesy." I was given a number to call "resident relations." Today is Saturday 3-2-2013. Tirsa told me, that she didn't think that maintenance could clear it today, but more likely on Monday. Seriously? My daughter brought the baby home today...I asked "Who is responsible if someone falls and breaks something? There was "no reply." My question should have been " Do we contact a lawyer to get them to remove the ice, or after someone seriously gets hurt?" Also, there is no street light the area is dark...try walking on ice in the dark.
