I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and employees here. We have tried using a gift card we were given multiple times, but they state they don't know how to use it or take it. They tell you to contact corporate, but don't provide corporate contact information. Apparently Sean Whelan as well as another woman are managers there. The two will not give out the name of their GM or the owner. This place is a joke with terrible employees and service. Super disappointed.
Went to our local Papa Murphy's which we have been going to since they opened on $10 dollar Tuesday, ordered a dbl Canadian bacon and olive pizza and was charged extra because of the dbl topping. We have had orders with dbl toppings before and have never been charged extra. On line I requested I be contacted by management with no response. The employee was rude and it doesn't seem anyone cares. We have eaten there for years but you just lost a customer.
My friends used to come here all the time and brag about it. I finally went with them and was blown away! If you are gluten sensitive, they do have gluten-free options. If you are NOT gluten sensitive, you will be in pasta heaven! I took my family there this week and we all got different dishes (at lunch) and they were all amazed at the quality and taste of their meals. They also have a nice selection of beer and wine. If you went before they expanded, go again. There is a lot more elbow room and the decor is adorable. GO!
Damn who turns there ovens off 30 minutes before they close . I am dissapointed in you guys being lazy and did not want to make money for your company that you all work for . Well I took my business else where I definitely will not be bring my business to you guys anymore .
My name is Ryan I called Little Caesars about 30 minutes ago I'm a little disappointed with them right now because I got pizza last night at 6 o'clock a deep dish pepperoni and also ready go cheese pizza when I brought it back to my kids they said it was nasty and I try to call in today to see if they would honor that the remake it for me and now I have to wait till 2 because they failed to give me a receipt last night so I have to wait tell the owner comes in to talk to him . Just so you Co worker there know always hand out a receipt no matter what so us customers don't have to go through this trouble
