- If want to learn to dance like your favorite artist, then Lynnette's School of Dance in Park Ridge, Illinois will help you gain the balance, flexibility, and skills to succeed. Since our doors opened in 1972, our certified dance instructors have provided supportive, patient, and professional instruction to our students. Our lessons help your child gain the skills needed to move with grace, elegance, and precision. Our classes include: • Jazz and hip hop • Ballet and Pointe • Tap • Acrobatics • Funk • Pom As a full-service dance instruction studio, we welcome beginners and advanced students, and classes are available for students ages 3 and up. Students enjoy the personalized attention our dance instructors provide while enhancing their skills. Come learn to dance like you've always wanted to in a fun, safe, and pressure-free environment! Provided by SuperpagesWe have no complaints about the dance lessons themselves, buy were unpleasantly surprised at how expensive it was to have our four year old in the June dance recital. We received a note from the school that we needed to pay $85.00 for a costume fee. Then a couple of weeks later we received another note saying we needed to pay an additional $90.00 for the recital fee + 15.00 per ticket. We felt that this was something the school should have disclosed at the beginning of the season.

Provided by DexKnowsI love Lynnette's so much! Nothing can describe how great this studio is! The best thing are the teachers. Lorena is one of the best teachers ever! She'll go over choreography with you until you get it. Not only is she a great teacher, she's an overall great person! She has a big heart and a great sense of humor which makes class way more enjoyable! Jessica's is such a laid back and chill person! She makes class fun! She also has great choices for her costumes! The hip hop teachers, Megan and Angie, are amazing! They have awesome choreography that makes the hip hop number one of the best pieces in the show. And the employees are so sweet, I love them as much as I love all of the teachers. If you're looking for a studio that is not crazy like Dance Moms, and a place to meet great people, and have fun, and dance, then Lynnette's School of Dance is the place to go!!

Provided by DexKnowsLynnette's is one of the best studios in the area! I've never been to any other studio but it's obvious that Lynnette's is the best. They provide all sorts of classes for any age. Anything from ballet, to hip-hop, to zumba! The teachers here are amazing and will work with you for as long as you need it. I love going to classes each week. Not only is it fun, but it's a great place to make new friends!
