stay away from Dan Irwin and this company! Photo booth is cheap and didn't work even half of the night. Printer stopped working and they told us at the wedding that they could send the guests the copy's. On return from the honeymoon, I was told by my parents, best man, maid of honor and wedding coordinator to call them and get a refund because it was completely unacceptable. When I called them, I was shocked to have Dan Irwin completely deny this and tell me that he would do nothing. He went as far as to send me a phony ""pic by pic"" timeline of the photo booth operation and it was comical. Not only did it show no breaks in action (total real malfunction time was almost 2 hours) and it showed the first test shot being recorded on site and set up at the reception at 830AM.....how insulting. I got a call from the coordinator at 1:30PM asking me where they were. I went up there myself and they were the only vendor not set up. I was there myself...this is not tough to see they were not present. Dan continued to insult me by saying they were there. I offered him the names and numbers of the winery owner, the winery coordinator and the wedding coordinator, who I have spoken to before I offered him their names, who said to have him call them because he is mistaken or lying. This is about the last time I heard from Dan. Nothing more insulting than getting this type of treatment, especially for your wedding. He literally just denied and dismissed a proven complaint that deserved hundreds of dollars back just because he already had the money. That is low. The bad part is that lying about the time he was there had nothing to do with it... That was something he just added in there. At the wedding the printer didn't work forever and guests didn't get many of the prints. We deserve those prints and refunded money from the event and he is just ignoring us and no longer answering. If there was someone else to report him to, I would, but can't figure out what to do. This is a case of theft and everyone should know it. Ask him why he deleted me as a friend on Facebook and blocks messages from me. Stay away from Dan Irwin and his immoral company!
Booth was cheap and terrible and usually not working. It also was not printing for a long time. They told us they would send the pics in the mail and then took it back later when we asked them...just blew it off. When we called, Dan, the owner, after the honeymoon to express our concerns, they were dismissed and we were basically told that didn't happen....insulting. Entire situation was just blown off since he already had the money. All bad service was denied and he just made up another story. They also said that the first test shot was done on site at the reception site at 830am even though at 130pm I was called by the coordinator letting me know they were not there. I saw the site myself. I could provide him with names and staff at the wedding as well as our coordinator that confirmed it didn't work properly and they weren't there when they said they were...and that was dismissed as well. Apparently it just went the way he said it did. STAY AWAY from this place. They do not deserve your business! I have no reason to make this up, just do not want this mind blowing and aggravating terrible customer service experience to happen to anyone else....especially for their wedding. Don't take the chance!
