Actually, Noneofyour, as a long time regular I can tell you that virtually all of the food is prepared, in-house, from scratch. All of the protien is fresh never frozen. The meats are all from high-quality, free-range sources. The ceviche: made fresh in house, the fettuccine: sauce made in house from scratch, the bison burger: top quality, never frozen and even the buns are delivered daily from a local bakery, the Jambalaya (my favorite): everything from the sauce to the seasoned rice to the annoduille sausage, all prepared from scratch in house. You shouldn't go spouting of about things you clearly know nothing about.
Last night my wife and I had dinner at Butchers and hung out for a nightcap. With a robust dinner crowd the service in the dining room was prompt, …
Disappointed - this place looked like it was going to deliver on food, service and experience but I was let down on the food. The chef is from the low country in South Carolina and thus you see a low country influenced menu. The waiter highly recommended the fried chicken and I elected to take him up on his recommendation. While the garlic mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, the fried chicken was basically tasteless. The breading was fairly thick and added nothing to the meal. The chicken was good but the point of friend chicken is the outer coating. I won't be recommending this place to others.
The food was good but the service was substandard. The dinner menu bumped into my cocktail and it spilled over. I assumed the waitress (name of Fitz) would comp another. Instead she advised that I would need to purchase a replacement. Considering the $100 plus per person tab, I do not think this is appropriate for a high end restaurant. As for the service Fitz sometimes was attentive, but many times we had to wait for periods of time to request something.
We were very impressed by the Purple Sage - excellent food and very friendly service. The veal meatloaf is excellent! Try the homemade potato chips if you like home style type potato chips although the pepper jack cheese drisle has a kick. Only downside is the lighting is a bit dim so if you have exhausted little skiers with you, make sure you bring them entertainment.
Food ended up being terrific, the server sounded a little over friendly but ended up being helpful. I am not sure I'd think of it as my preferred place, but I'll certainly be back here for sure.
Great east coast pizza in Park City. Take out or eat in an a friendly bar pizzeria environment. My kids love eating here!
This place is fantastic. Great service and the atmosphere is very fun. You must try their famous painkiller cocktail!
Great food at the base of the Canyons Park City. I have enjoyed every meal we have had and the bar vibe is awesome!
Great food and service. Salmon was excellent (sauce has some kick).
