I have been to Jupiter Bowl before during a company party and it was awesome. The food was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. So great that when I saw a livingsocial deal i talked my team into purchasing and having a team building/party there. I tried to arrive early because you cannot make reservations per the deal and on their mobile version of their website they close at 1am on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. When I arrived the sign on the door said they closed at 11pm. Fine, I thought even tho it would only give my team and I about an hour and a half to bowl. I got to the front desk and stood there for a moment as the girl finished her drink. She came over and proceeded to tell me that they could not honor my voucher because I had to use it by 9pm which it says no where on the voucher or details. I showed her that then she told me that it didn't matter because they were slow and closing at 10pm anyways. I told her that my team was driving from Salt Lake City and I just drove from West Jordan (an hour drive) to come to this bowling alley and would like to speak to the manager. I told the manager the same thing who argued with me about the hours on their website which I agreed with her that the desktop version may show variation but the mobile version which is how I looked it up and what is still the website showed 1am all she could say was that that was weird. At the end of it all my business was turned away, I was offered dessert IF I come back and I've since applied for a refund from livingsocial. Such an awful way to run a business especially when you are obviously trying to get more business by being on livingsocial. I'll stick to local bowling alleys who actually want business.
