Actually, Noneofyour, as a long time regular I can tell you that virtually all of the food is prepared, in-house, from scratch. All of the protien is fresh never frozen. The meats are all from high-quality, free-range sources. The ceviche: made fresh in house, the fettuccine: sauce made in house from scratch, the bison burger: top quality, never frozen and even the buns are delivered daily from a local bakery, the Jambalaya (my favorite): everything from the sauce to the seasoned rice to the annoduille sausage, all prepared from scratch in house. You shouldn't go spouting of about things you clearly know nothing about.
