Gholson Perfection Painting

We are very happy with Gholson perfection painting's work. Alex Gholson returned my calls promptly, as well as gave a very detailed estimate which I was happy about. He wasn't the cheapest estimate I received, but with the large list of references he provided, many of which were in my neighborhood, I decided to go with him. Alex and his employees provided quality work, and will hear from me this summer for exterior work.

Very satisfied with painting work performed! Job completed timely and at reasonable cost. We would freely recommend their painting services.

I hired Gholson to paint and do some drywall repair in nearly every room of my house. The total job was over $5,500. I was pretty happy with the work at first, but then things started to go poorly. He started to leave the job to his other painters, and one of them was clearly not very skilled. As the job dragged on, they started to act like they just wanted to get it done and move on. I found many areas where paint was slopped in the woodwork. In the master bedroom, all the nail pops he was supposed to repair came back and it looks worse than before he started. I called Alex and he said he would stand by his work and come out to fix everything. Then he went dark. I called and emailed several times and we wouldn't return my calls. Then he sent me a text saying he "did not give warranties", despite what he says on his website :"Quality Work Guaranteed".

Save yourself a big hassle and go with someone else.
