I stood in line at the automotive department for an hour. Now I have been waiting another hour to get a battery put on. The cashiers did not have a clue what they were doing and were rude.Last week I printed 200 photos in the photo department. The printer ran out of cartridge and there was no one in the department. After about 30 minutes someone showed up. He did not know how to open the machine and had to find someone else. After replacing the cartridge it printed 2 pictures and stopped again. Again, no workers were available for 30 more minutes. This time it was out of paper. I will start driving out of town to shop at target which contrary to people's beliefs is actually cheaper than Walmart. I bought a toy at target recently and the same toy was $20 more at Walmart. Bye bye Walmart!

The store manager has to get the policy from the employees. Don't buy an air mattress here, they won't let you return it. You can only exchange it. This store should make sure their employees parents are related by marriage only, seems sibling breeding runs rampant here. I will be cancelling my daily shopping at wal mart after this

Can not get help , you say hi , and they go the other way . And don't try to call . maybe they are just to busy to help you . So I try to go elsewhere

Only about 9 o'clock on a Monday night so many trucks and cars tearing around the parking lot it sounded like a race track someday somebody's going to get run over and I hope it is not a small child or anyone else as far as that goes they have been noted ordering sign on the post but apparently the store manager does not enforce it it is like a college frat party in the parking lot

Everytime you need to wait on a csm you'll be waiting 10-20 minutes because the conversations they have at their desk(100 ft from checkout) are more important than doing their actual jobs. Then why they finally do come they act like it's a bother that someone needs them to do their job.

Every single time I shop here the check out people are so rude and so are their management and csm's. Went to the deli department two different times and stood back there 30 mins both times waiting on order. The lone lady back there just looks at you when you order and ho hum's to get it. Both times were left just standing there among other customers while she went to the back for what I don't know. Never shopping here again!!

Yuck....tried the new hot and ready pizza today. They put them up front by the registers in a hot box. I literally took a "fresh" multi meat topping out of the girls hands who was stocking the hot box. Their idea of fresh and my idea of fresh are obviously not the same. The bottom of the crust was barely brown and covered in raw white flour. Awful taste. As much as it pains me to say, little Caesar's actually tastes better (and those are awful). Won't be buying again, that's for sure.

I tried to return a. 20 $ razor and was denied because the old woman at returns told me to my face I was irresponsible to not have a reciet.. I had my id my credit cards and they refused my return ... Also last week we bought fruit and steaks from Paris Texas Walmart and the whole family ended up sick ... Food poisoning .. Don't know if it was meat or fruit or both! So I will not shop there and to keep my children safe I will never allow them to eat walmart groceries thank you for your time I hope this keeps someone else from getting sick or ripped off!!!

I think this Walmart has to be my favorite. I live in Schertz and travel along the I35 corridor to Paris to visit my daughter, son in law and grandbabies often. Whenever I stop in at this Walmart, the customer care reps are so very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there. Keep up the good work!
