Slow/stopped drains is the reason I called this company. My family just moved to the house a few months ago and was new the state. I have to say the service from this company was exemplary. VERY quick to fix our problem. VERY kind men who were knowledgeable as well as polite. I am the type of person that needs details especially when paying for a service. The 2 gentleman were courteous and smiled the whole time. I would recommend Robbie to the Rescue to anyone. WAY TO GO ROBBIE TO THE RESCUE!

Called in well issue at 630am, someone was out at my home by 8 am, and well was diagnosed and completely fixed by 10 am. Now that's Service.

I called due to the pump went out on my well and I have 3 houses on that well now without water here on a Saturday without any problems they sent out a crew right away it was a hard job due to where and how our well was located but they got it fixed it and DID NOT charge more then the price that was given to me on the phone I more the happy that I found them I give Andrew, and David an A++++ (the crew that came) for the great work

Biggest rip off in West Tn. Please call around, get estimates! Chared us $550 to fix something he told us was broken and wasn't. New trucks, big business doesn't mean good, HONEST work!

We are so thankful for Robbie to the Rescue. We had a major plumbing problem at our house. We called after hours and they promptly came to our house outside of town. Their employees worked until after midnight to unstop our sewer line and restore water to our house with two small children. Robbie to the Rescue was very professional, prompt, and offered excellent service for a great value. We will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

RTTR is the best thing to happen to the West TN area. These folks are friendly and professional. As a single woman, I know nothing about plumbing, nor do I care to try to make those repairs myself. I have used them for repairs on four different occasions. If you want your repairs done right the first time, call RTTR.

This company is excellent. They have done work for me on several ocassions, and I would never call anyone else. The workers are always nice and clean up when job is done. They have replaced a water heater, fixed leaks, and reset a commode at my home. This company is very trustworthy and dependable!

NEVER USE THEM!!! They came out to my house and installed a water heater for an ungodly amount. The agreement was that my ex husband was to pay for this bill and instead of going through the worker I wanted their office to call my ex to get his cc info to pay for the bill. The lady in the office, Vicki proceeds to tell the plumber that if I didn't want to pay to go back into my house and remove the water heater and leave. I could here this lady on the workers phone and she was so very very ugly. If this is how they act before they have all their info about payment and want to jump the gun thinking someone doesn't want to pay then I will never ever use this company again. Sounds to me like they have to many people trying to run their office and they can't even do that right. This company is not a friendly company and I will never refer them to anyone I know!!!!!!! If they keep running their company this way, it won't last long at all!!! And I had to give at least one star rating to be able to post this:(
