Service Tec Michael was very clear when he explained the problem with my unit. He presented several options and explained all very clearly. We made a choice as to what we would replace the older unit with a complete unit outside. The installation took several days, due to rain, but was installed professionally. The crew that installed the unit was very clear and explained all to me as the installation was completed. They took into consideration of the new unit to provide equal heat/air to all of my house and changed the duck work to complete this. The new unit runs well and does heat/cool all of my house. I do recommend this company and will use this company for any and all problems if any.

Best place in west Tennessee! Hands down! Wouldn't let any other outfit touch my unit. They will come out 24/7. Can't find that anywhere else. Known Tim (the owner), for over ten years. If you have a problem, call and ask for Tim, he'll make it right. Just the guy he is!

As the business owner I can only reply to this negative review by stating facts.

#1 Different companies have different prices, brands, qualities of equipment,warranties, employees, etc.

#2 The homeowners chose a system out of the 3 systems we quoted them on & an install date was set. The morning of the installation, the homeowner called and cancelled the install. There are few heating & cooling companies that keep the equipment in stock. We all order from our distributer, which we did in this instance. The distributers in this industry as well as numerous other industries charge a re stocking fee. We billed the homeowner for this amount. The homeowner did not pay this amount not caring that ''We had to pay it''. It just boils down to the fact that they found a cheaper unit/company and cancelled the order after we received their unit & chose to ignore their responsibility and common decency! Real simple!
