Dishonest and poor service. Brought my 2015 Range Rover sport in for 16K service. Paid $900 plus for basic service and they told me my brakes were completely worn out and that the car might not stop during hard braking and the service would be over $2,000. I told them I would take it to my mechanic. When I arrived at home I wanted to check the wiper fluid and to my surprise the plastic covers that protect the components in the engine bay were off. One was laying on the engine and the other was missing. After that wonderful experience I took my car to my mechanic and he showed me that the calipers needed adjusting, rotors needed a bit of resurfacing and that the pads had 50 percent and 30 percent of life. I had him replace everything anyway and I was out the door at $1,000. I'm sure Land Rover Paramus makes a lot of money scaring customers about non existent safety problems. To top off the experience they wont even call me back. Stay away

Denny Wiggers is a lying con artist. Avoid him and his company at all cost. His crew severely damaged my property while delivering a simple order of mulch, and despite the repeated promises that he would make it right, Mr. Wiggers is nowhere to be found. We ended up suing him, but he failed to even show up to his court date. Save yourself the headache!

Bad experience with a bed purchase (Mezzo leather) at this store. Price was extremely high over $4K and the bed broke after just 6 months of normal use. The bed frame support structure failed and the center part sank down. Our previous bed from Ikea has had no problem after years of use. When we made the purchase the store manager promised to honor a return if we have a problem. But we have been requesting a refund with the store for more than a month to no avail, my follow up through BBB has also been ignored by the store. Now seeking escalation through NJ Consumer Affairs. Buyers beware!
I ordered Full size Range Rover and the worst experience of my life, and these people claim they are number one in the country. What they meant was number one from the other end, rood, and obnoxious and that means everybody from salesman to finance guy to a top manager! Would not recommend buying car from them even if they are the last dealer on earth!

Worse car buying experience I had. Bought a 2010 nissan pathfinder from this dealership. They managed to screw every possible thing. When we were filing up paper work, I pointed to them that the car has less mileage than what they put for motor vehicle. We ended up fixing all paper work. Then when I got the title, as I was expecting they messed it up and I got the title with 7K more miles than the car actually had on. They did not wash the car, promised me twice that when I come back they will wash it, they did not. I had to wait hours for no reason, when I asked them can I live, they said ohh yes. It just that the sales person “Forgot” to tell me. Did not get $25 towards gas. Called twice complained, they told me that they will fix and make it up to me, but its has been a month and I am still waiting. Don’t buy from them; they are very sloppy poorly managed car dealership. I have never seen anything like this. Leo
