I wish I can give this one 0 stars.It shouldn't deserve the 1 star rating but I had to so I could fill out the form.I like Wendy's but I dislike this one on Route 4 in Paramus,NJ.Today was my 2nd visit and it will be my last! I also spreaded the word to stay away from this Wendy's and save yourself from being ripped-off with poor quality food,save yourself the headache,and save yourself from getting food poison.Here's my beef.Using the drive thru I was met with a lanky teenager who appeared to hate his job.He was bothered by me ordering a frosty and seemed to hate his life in general.From my view I saw trash on the floors,dirty countertops,a filthy kitchen,and bad hygene.When I got the frosty it was dripping & disgustingly runny.It had the consiety of a soda (I guess gone are the days of eating your frosty with a spoon.)I also saw the employees mope around the restaurant from my view-dissapointed customer.LOL I drove next door and went to Popeyes! My 2nd/last visit was today.This time I ate in.Same floors,same countertops,same teenager running the drive thru (I saw him from my view),same attitude (I heard him),same apperance of hating his job/life (If you hate your job so much-JUST QUIT!) I order large fries,a frosty AGAIN,and a cheeseburger.My cheeseburger was crunched up into a ball,the frosty was dripping/melting AGAIN,and my fries were cold/rubbery/just HIDEOUS! "Forget the frosty and give me a diet coke instead please!" THE DIET COKE WAS HORRIBLY FLAT! I was stricken down! Then I asked to speak to the manager.So some dude (Jordan)."I'm the manager here" he said.I told him that the service and quality of food I have recieved here was pathetic.He just said "sorry" and went back into the managers office.I wonder if his "sorry" meant he lacked the managerial skills to run a sanitary Wendys,if his "sorry" meant he lacked the motivation skills to run a fast food team successfully,or if his "sorry" meant he was just plain sorry that he came to work today.Sorry dosn't cut it if your in a food bisuness! Serve good quality food,give curteous service,and keep your restaurant clean! I wonder how this Wendys remains in bisuness.Maybe they're only saving grace is that they are located on Route 4,one of the bussiest highways in NJ.That's all fine and dandy with all that traffic day and night.But here's some words i'd got to say to the manager.Visit your Wendy's a couple times and find all the flaws! Clean up your restaurant,fix your frosty machine or train your staff in make one,and most of all either replace or retrain your employees that would rather be somewhere else.Stop dragging Wendy's down! Dave would roll over in his grave!
