There are many other baby/kids furniture stores that you should visit before tormenting yourself with this places service. You would think that in the year 2017 attention to customer service would be more pressing or that phone calls or emails would be responded too at a minimum. We have had issues for almost a year now with our baby furniture order, from delivery to missing items, etc. When you call, first you are lucky if someone even answers. Secondly you are unlucky if someone answers because they will repeatedly make up stories and lie to you about time frame. They must never have heard of under-promise over-deliver. They over-promise and NEVER DELIVER.. 7 months later since we had raised our issues to them, over a dozen phone calls, over a dozen emails - rarely ever a response, the response is made up, meanwhile you sit there wondering how a place like this could still be in business.

Issue 1: When the company showed up to deliver the unit to my home, they had the wrong unit. We then needed to wait for them to go back and deliver the unit we purchased.Issue 2: Upon arriving at our home their company moved an armoire from my daughters room to our basement and then proceeded to move the furniture upstairs. When the moved the armoire to the basement they broke the door to our sump pump and we are currently waiting for the bill from our contractor. During the delivery of the unit up the stairs they damaged our wall. We have not contacted our painter yet for the repair, but the wall will need to be painted. Issue 3: We asked Bellini’s employee’s to take back the dresser as it was the wrong “white”. My wife was not told there was a second white option and being it was 6 years since our last purchase, they could have informed us of the options. During this process they refused to move the armoire back to my daughters room and promised my wife they would return later in the day. When they did not return I called the store and was treated rudely and no assistance was provided. I incurred a $75 expense to have the unit moved back up. $50 for the moving and $25.00 tip. Issue 4: I asked Bellini to please have the owner call me as I was livid by the way we were treated as returning customers. To this date I have sent 2 emails without a reply, phone calls have not been returned, and my credit card has not be credited a penny. When I called to ask why my card has not been refunded I was told only the owner can refund the card and the card has to be present. when I asked I i could come in for the refund I was told by Leela she did not know when she would see the owner . That he “comes and goes”. I was also told she has not seen him since Thursday. As I write this it is Monday evening…All I have to show for their poorly run business is bills.
The furniture looks beautiful, just got our daughters big girl bed and she loves it . Everyone we dealt with was very friendly. We will be back
