Overall
Food Good but Orders NEVER Right

We have ordered from the new Pizza Hut in Paragould 4 times in the last 2 months. The food was delivered hot, but we never got to eat the food that way because every order was delivered with either the wrong pizza, forgotten breadsticks for the pasta or pasta forgotten and another item delivered in it's place without so much as a phone call to okay it. When the manager gave us a coupon for 5 dollars off our next order the store wouldn't take it because trhe manager was not on site to approve it.Today is our last order as we once again ordered pizza plus pasta for the non-pizza lovers in the house and once again our food is getting cold as we wait for the forgotten breadsticks and the sauce for our Pizza Rolls which by the way were delivered burned on the bottom and without the accompanying sauce. I just do not understand who is out there preparing these orders but cannot fullfill them. Each of the orders was placed online so we had a printout as proof that the mistake was theirs, yet even with a civil complaint made they still fail to take the time to make sure each item ordered is what is delivered.
