        I ordered flowers and a 20inch bear and had it delivered to my wife. I used 1800flowers and i guess they went through Ballards shop. Well the owner Rosemary delivered the flowers personally but she didn't deliver the bear. I called and asked her and she swore up and down she left it at my house. I knew she didn't so I pulled up our security cam and it shows clearly her getting out and walking to the door with no bear. It is clear as day. I confronted her about this and she just said "well I delivered it". I asked how she could dispute video footage and she hung up on me. I was calm and cordial the whole time. Then she called me back from her cell phone and cursed me out then hung up on me again. I filed a complaint with 1800Flowers and sent them the video surveillance. They called me back and said they are filing a complaint about this shop so hopefully they won't have to send order through this woman anymore. This is the second time she ripped me off with lies and cheap merchandise. Beware of this shop. I asked around about her and everyone I spoke to said she is a known liar and cheat and has always been extremely cheap. Order from her at your own risk. If you don't believe my story just contact me and I will be happy to show you my order confirmation showing what I ordered as well as the video footage of her NOT delivering it.

        I have made two different purchases from this shop via 1-800-Flowers and both times I have been entirely ripped off. The first time I purchased a bouquet with a large "treat basket". It was supposed to have Godiva chocolates, smoked salmon, crackers, cheeses, candies, etc. Total was $198.26. The basket was fat free brownies, old Christmas candy, crushed pb&crackers, and vienna sausages. It was disgusting. The owner, Rosemary, is a known cheapskate and ripoff champion. I did not complain until my 2nd ripoff purchase which I will explain in my next review. If I had known 1800flowers would send the order through this filthy shop I would have NEVER placed the order. This woman is foul and classless.

        This is where my husband orders all of my flowers we also used him for our wedding arragngements and he is wonderful and reasonably priced AAAAA+++++++
