They need to work on communication with the customers. It took four phone calls to get the product I needed. It was something not kept in the store. On our fourth call in two weeks, they made it sound like our fault for not picking it up when it had been delivered to us for months. We did not get a phone call saying it was ready for pickup. When I get there to pick it up, they did not have it yet.
