I've used the cab twice and I'll never use it again!! The first time it took like 45 min to get here and TODAY, I still can't believe what happened. I called at 5:30 am had to be at work at 6, no answer. After exhausting all other options, I tried back at 5:40 (roughly) and got an answer. I asked the cabbie to hurry and told him I had to be at work at 6. (A good friend of mine is one point away from pointing out due to the cab NEVER being on time.) When he got here he YELLED at me for asking him to hurry n told me I better not ever do it again or I'd never get another ride in that cab. Then he pulled out and went the wrong way and when I said something to him, he blamed me for not telling him, and when I said well maybe you should've asked instead of being so rude, he threatened to put me out!! I waited until I got to work to tell him I would NEVER ride in the cab again anyway and let him know what I thought.. I'm upset I left my umbrella in the cab too because I was so upset. So I called the cab company on my lunch break to complain and that woman was rude to me and tried to blame me too!! What the hell happened to customer service? I work for Teleflora, if I treated customers that way, I wouldn't last 5 minutes!! Now I know why there's a sign in the cab saying they had to raise rates due to low PARTICIPATION!! I WONDER WHY that's an issue? No, I know why I won't be participating EVER again!!!!
If possible wouldn't even give one star called said we're on way 45 mins later can't get an answer and still no cab
Their phone is always off it seems. If you DO manage to get ahold of them, expect to wait around an hour for them to get to you.
