You can trust your expensive orientals to these fine folks. They know rugs! I had Nadr clean and moth-proof four of my family heirlooms. He knew the origin and other specifics just by examining them, and when he returned them to me they were so soft and the colors so sharp and vibrant I was astonished! I highly recommend them.

I rarely take time to write reviews but I was so pleased with this company and the quality service and care I received. I had two Oriental carpets cleaned - one with some major pet stains and they came out beautifully. I was in the middle of painting and carpeting the whole house and sent these out to be cleaned during that time. Nadar and his wife were very clear that their only goal was 100% customer satisfaction and they delivered. They were a pleasure to deal with during this very hectic time. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

I am so pleased w/ the service I received. I had 2 small rooms done and they were here 2 1/2 hrs.Every other place I used previously was in and out in 1/2 hr. The carpet looks like new and I have 2 dogs causing many stains as well as hair imbedded in the carpet. The owner is here when the work is done and he's extremely polite and guarantees your satisfaction. There's no doubt I will use them again.

Paoli Rug Company did an amazing job of cleaning my severely stained, pet damaged, Oriental rug. Because of the extent of the damage, I was told to expect some very minor residual staining but the rug is perfect! I will absolutely use them again.

I had 4 oriental carpets cleaned by Paoli Rug Co and felt the need to comment on their excellent work and amazing service. I had had the rugs cleaned a few years back by another local company, but with Paoli Rug Co. there was a world of difference. Previously, my bokhara came back with several lines in it, probably because of the way they rolled it and disturbed the nap. It was a big deal to have them re-do it and it still came back with a line across it. Nadar does everything by hand and the rugs are well-rinsed and soft as a result. Even I could tell the difference.He also turned them around quickly for me since I had unexpected company coming. I bought new rug pads and I just can't say enough about the customer service by Nadar, his wife and their assistant!

Paoli Rug provided unbelievable service. I called them to my home because of a severe stain on a bedroom carpet that only had gotten worse when I attempted cleaning. The first time they came to the house it appeared that the stain had been removed, but when the rug dried it still was there. Paoli rug returned to the house two more times and finally completely removed the stain with a "dry removal" technique. I was charged only for the initial visit. Absolutely they were fantastic. They responded immediately when I called them back to the house, and always were professional in their dealings. Obviously they take much pride in their work, and insisted on customer satisfaction. I will definitely give them repeat business. They are by far the best!!!!!

They did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our oriental carpet and our wall to wall carpets. They had very prompt service. The people who actually did the cleaning were very professional and worked hard. Also, the price is right. GREAT !!!

I really appreciate the fine service I have gotten over more than 30 years. Recently, carpet moths had "eaten" holes in my oriental rug. We loved our rug and chose to have it repaired, but just the larger areas, which were bad. I couldn't believe that even a partial repair came out looking like new! Nader has given me much good advice in "fighting the moths". I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have inherited an antique rug from my grandmother. It is obvious that the rug has sentimental value to me. Unfortunately last year my dog had an accident on that. I had 2 rug cleaners washed it but they couldnt get rid of the odor. After asking local people, all recommended Paoli Rug. That company was fabulous.
