I have used Time Keepers for many years to replace the batteries on my watches. Recently however I used them to replace the crystal on a water resistant watch I have had for 8 years. When they replaced it, it started getting water under the facing making it hard to see the hands and date. I took it back to them 4 times and they dried it and supposedly fixed it each time. The last time they replaced the seal on the face, the back, and the crystal but less than 24 hours later, there was water under the face again. I took it back again and a man who I assume was the owner presumed to tell me that my watch was not water resistant (even though it clearly stated so on the back), that he had done me a favor by drying out the watch, and that they didn't warrantee water damage. Needless to say, I am disappointed that they ruined my watch and that their owner refused to own up to the fact that it was their craftsmanship that was responsible. I hope others have a better experience, I however will not be using them again.
