Bought a Ford focus from this dealer. It has turned out to be a great little car. I paid about $1000 less for the car than any other I could find on craigslist or the car websites. I originally didn't want to go to a dealer because I prefer to buy cars from the previous owner so, I know about any issues and I can judge what kind of person took care (or didn't) of the car. The owner of the dealership, AL was very knowledgable about this model and year of car and let me know about the issues this car is known to have. His straight forward attitude in letting me know was surprising, usually dealers dont even approach the subject of known issues. I shopped for this car, I did my reaseach, and I made sure to stay away from lemons, so I got a good car. Do your homework before you buy! I would definitely buy from this dealer again. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. I took advantage of his car experience and really picked his brain for info I could use. I suggest you do the same.

Got this car on a Sunday and in the 2 days had nothing but problems with no help from Al. The owner. I gave him the opportunity to help me pay these problems because even with an AS IS sticker on your car you should have enough sense to take care of your customers. You can see what I got in response. Id like everyone to stay far far away from this dealership before you suffer like I did.
Buyers beware! You will pay about 5 times the vehicles worth, they do not honor their warranty and sell you garbage vehicles.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are the rude and don't care about anyone but themselves ! I had the most horrible experience when I bought from them a few years ago. They will take your money and laugh in your face. All they do is lie lie LIE! They act like they are so high and mighty but really they are trash working in a trashy little trailer scamming people all day and everyday. Better make sure you don't leave anything in your vehicle that you want. They will repo it and steal anything they find that they want. Take my advice and go to Nissan or Kia. I've had my Nissan ever since and the dealers are extremely nice! Don't settle for a piece of junk at Daylight auto!
Worst salesman and staff. I get got my tax money and was looking for a truck to buy, everything there was old junk. I couldn't understand anything the salesman said to me, and the Latino lady was snotty and rude. There are too many other places to buy vehicles that treat customers with respect. And I was told that they are liars and cheats and repo your vehicle for no reason.
Been harassed about payments even though I'm short cause I was told the car was in good condition. Battery messes up, traction control messed up, engine light comes on and off so idk if it means anything or not. Overall I'd say go anywhere else that's actually worth the money.
This place is awesome i got a car from here about a year ago and i haven't had a problem . The 0% interest is the best deal in the town .
Ok. Paid my payments on time. Abided by the contract all the way to the fine print. Got written permission to leave the state. They repossessed the vehicle because I left the state. They laughed at me and said there's nothing I can do about it when I told them they openly screwed me and THEY violated our contact. They continuously laugh every time I call. How can these cold hearted, ruthless, dishonest people still be in business. I'm going to the better business bureau. I just lost $6000 and was an exemplary client. They will screw you. They don't have to have a reason, They make up the reasons and laugh while they are doing it. Never been so screwed or disrespected in my life. Don't do it!!!!!
great customer service from great poeple
The owner's name is Lloyd Jorgensen. He is the bald old man who comes in at night. He sometimes drives a hummer. He will lie to you in order to repossess your vehicle, even if you've already paid. There is no corporate office. The number just goes to his cell phone. If they ever tell you that you can make your payment late, it's a lie. There is a GPS unit in all of the vehicles that are tracked daily. They are hidden under the dash. If you ever feel that they are going to repossess your vehicle and can't find the GPS, take the vehicle to a different location and disconnect the battery. The GPS unit can't track you if it can't get power, but remember that they're tracked daily, so make sure to hide it someplace that you don't normally go. If they have repossessed you because you've gone out of state, please make a complaint with the department of motor vehicles. This is illegal and they've already been warned for their bad behavior.
