This isn't a bad dealership, in fact, it was pretty good until my visit today. I purchased my vehicle with a lifetime oil change card that was non-cancellable and would not expire--as it was a LIFETIME oil change card. The card itself explains on the back that it only stops working when you sell your vehicle or get a new one. This being said, I've had no problems in the past, they accepted it and they did good work and were kind to me. Today, however, I was told that they would no longer be accepting lifetime oil change cards and that they all expired today. I asked when that started. The man in the service department told me that as of today, they are no longer accepting them. It's a different story if the card was not labeled as a non-cancellable "lifetime" card, but it is. I am not sure how a lifetime card can expire, maybe one day Volkswagen can explain that, but I will not be doing business with them anymore. To not honor that is unprofessional and I am VERY disappointed. As I said, the dealership isn't bad, but don't expect them to keep their word on anything that is promised to last for a lifetime or for the time you both agree to.

Went to John Lee Nissan yesterday after going to few other places looking for a new SUV for my wife. Was not really planning on buying anything but after walking the lot Patrick Colbert was able to show us a used Nissan Pathfinder that she fell in love with. Before we knew it thanks to Pat we drove away in her new car and have been incredibly happy. Great staff and service. Will definitely return and suggest John lee to my friends!!!!
Bad company reported me to creditors after repression and sold the truck for cheap making a bad mark on my credit I can't afford to repair.wtf
I purchased A 2006 Suzuki from this company. they have been really great as far as customer service. I have had a couple repairs needed to the vehicle which they did without headache or complaints I would really recommend this company to anyone their service department was great and Daryl kept us up to date on the repairs that no one could have foreseen the car needing.
Before buying a Honda be aware that the Service Maintenance costs can be significant. My sisters 2001 Honda CR-V developed a slow leak around the oil pan gasket. We took it to Honda of Bay County (Panama City, Florida) and were quoted close to $500 to replace the oil pan Gasket. $500 – I was shocked. I expected it would be high due to being a dealership but $500 for an oil pan gasket, a job a back yard mechanic could do in an hour? This was beyond high… it was outrageous. Honda may be a good car to buy but stay away from their service departmentsand be sure to take service costs into account when purchasing any new vehicle
As the other reviewers have stated, Matt the salesman was very friendly... towards my daughter. I didn't appreciate the way he was staring her down and trying to look up her skirt when she was getting out of the car we took on a test ride. Very unprofessional. At least if you were being a pervert, you could give us a decent price for the car. The prices are inflated.
This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced in my life.. I've taken my vehicle in to be worked on for problems and they changed the oil which I didn't request... completely ignored the original reason I took it in... They had blank looks on their faces.. Now issues that are still under Warrenty, they don't want to fix until it re-duplicates the problemAgain.. Seriously you want to put me and my family in harms way until the problem duplicates itself again... Absolutely the service department in Bay county!!!!
Bubba and all his staff are great and honest people! I would recommend this lot to ANYONE that needs a used car.
Great place to buy a vehicle, especially if you are not looking to buy brand new. Not sure what buying parts from a car lot has to do with a review, but it seems that dolphingrad is just an ornery internet troll that goes around blaming their personal problems on small businesses. This staff has been nothing but helpful over the last 10 years that I have done business with them. I have established my credit with their help and have had 3 great vehicle purchases. Thanks Bubba.
