Waste Pro

I've had wastepro for a few years and usually not a problem. They miss pick up services once in a while and never have come to make it up, rather they just wait till the next pick up date (no offer to compensate either). But what really turns me off to these people are two specific instances: 1) I replaced a toilet and broke down the old toilet with a hammer (it was porcelain)and it fit into the garbage can. They refused to take it and left it in a mess on my lawn. I broke it down into smaller pieces and they still did the same thing twice more and then left a nasty message written on the lid of the trash can. A supervisor came out and apologized and said they should have taken it the first time. 2) Fast forward about 2 years later and the same thing happened again. I cut up several rotted wooden pallets and put them in the trash. They were not taken, but thrown on my lawn. Twice more this happened and this time when I called to speak to a supervisor, I never got a call back. I called several times, still no call back. Basically, if you want to pay for a service where they throw your own garbage on your lawn and then ignore you then WastePro is the company for you.

I cancelled my account with Waste Pro today. My trash has been sitting in my front yard since Monday night. Today is Wednesday 2:30... When I called to inquire why, I was told they are running behind schedule. (2 days??) I was not even offered an apology for this. This is not the first time this has happened. Pitiful service and pitiful customer service.
