Surplus Warehouse Of Panama City

I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy from them. Prior to buying some items from them I asked about their return policy and I was told that I could return it. When I came back the next day to return the items the manager told me that it doesn't matter what I was told what matters is that the items are non-refundable. He was very disrespectful, unprofessional, raised his voice, and told me he would fire the guy that told me that but he wouldn't give me a refund. I also saw him previously yelling some other customers and to their employees. A manager should treat their customer and employees with respect and be professional. I would not buy anything ever from them and I would let others know.

The service was great and very surprising. They carted out everything for us and was the best price in town. Will recommend to friends. Thank You to the crew there.
