This facility is a danger to the patients under their care and the community that they should serve. My sister, Shandi, who is severely mentally ill, would come to see a psychiatrist only to be told that the psychiatrist was on vacation or never available. As a direct result of this facilities actions she ran out of her psychiatric meds. She suffered a stroke and was transported to Gulf Coast Community Hospital by ambulance. The personnel at Gulf Coast Community Hospital stated that they receive many patients from this facility due to poor patient care. My sister was flown by helicopter to Shands hospital where she has underwent brain surgery.
I hold your facility personally responsible for her condition. Our family is in the process of seeking legal help.

a little unprofessional. They tell you to be there at a certain time and have you wait for over a hour and a half. The front desk never said a word to me except the counselor was not in until 4pm so I asked why my appt. was scheduled at 3. I was told because they want the patient there early for paperwork. It is obvious this is a place that does not deem you or your time important only the time of the counselor and staff.
