The office staff was non communicative. The office was dirty and unkept. The furniture was old, dusty, and dirty. The restroom for the practice was in the waiting room about middle of the room. There was only one, yes one used by men and women and all can see inside the restroom when you open the door. There were about 50 or more pieces of paper with different messages to patients that were taped to the glass enclosure in around the office area where the employees sat. I was called to the "exam room" which was a nasty, dirty little room about 6ft. x 5ft. There was no exam table, so I sat in a chair to be examined which consisted of Dr. Kamel feeling of my thyroid. Don't go.
