Waited a month for an appointment. Upon arriving discovered their staff had scheduled it for LAST year. Have been going to Siragusa & Kovaleski for over 30 years but considered new patient because I don't go regularly enough. Waited 45 minutes to see doctor - ended up walking out. Just needed 1 spot checked - 2 regular MDs looked at it in less than 2 minutes and recommended I see a dermatologist. Front office staff very rude.
Looking for new MD.
The doctor's in this office are always very kind and patient with any need. I have been going to Dermatology Associates for years and Dr Kovaleski never rushes through my appointment, he always takes the time to answer all of my questions. I have had to wait for some of my appointments, but for the most part, service is always fast and the staff is very polite. I would refer any one I know to Dermatology Associates for any skin problem.
Called several times mid morning and during their stated business hours to make an appointment. No one answers and no one returns the call. Guess they have the patients they need
