Blue Water Bay Generators

Performed maintenance seemed ok. Called back to do repair on gasket I found dry-rotted and falling apart soon after maintenance and also had dead battery. Seemed ok, until power outage and unit was not working properly. Called for them to look at generator because there was a power outage and generator wasn't working properly but they said they were on another call and would be several hours till they could come. Called 4 hours later and they said they were busy with their family. Not a professional business/company. Find someone else to be there for you when you need it.
