        I called at 8:30 to see if they could come out and check my unit before the heat of summer really kicked in. They came out around 12:30-1 the same day. The technician we very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. I will be purchasing the preventative maintenance package and using this company for now on.

        I just called these people and they don't provide service in the summer time so their guys have something to do in the winter. Most bizarre thing I have ever heard in all my time in the building industry.
