I called to find out the status of my liner and got Mike, one of the owners, who was as rude as anybody can be "told me "I'm 64 years old and don't have to take nuthin from nobody". The liner had not arrived - one of the other owners told me he had to remeasure it and it would be ordered and arrive shortly - that was several weeks ago. Now they refuse to tell me when they are going to do the job - or confirm if the liner was really ordered - or refund my deposit. Mike told me "you go on the list and we get to you when we get to you and thats the way it is". We were never told any of that . My lawyer has already advised me how to proceed. By the way, I went to them thinking they were a professional company wish I had read the reviews on here first.
My last interaction with Dave was honestly the most disturbing and disheartening. I was unsure if my pump worked so during my consultation I was assured they would check it and make sure it was all in working order. After they were done, they left a note on the door addressing the concrete that needed to be replaced from placing the stairs and for us to call the office. When we returned home around 430 that Friday afternoon-we called the office as requested. We asked them about what we could do to help the pool water since it was already green and that we were concerned about pump not working and green stagnant water in the pool. We also weren't sure when someone would be back and didn't want green gross water to get worse over the next 2-3 days. The office, quite rudely, let us know that they "just work in the office" and do not know what's going on at houses, that Dave would not be in until Monday and we needed to call between 730-830am Monday morning. Spoke to a manager and although the interaction started out rough, by the end I felt a little better. He said he would try to get in touch with someone and get them to call me back. Which didn't happen. I decided to go to a different company who advised me on how to go about bypassing my broken timer to have the pump run and the right amount of chlorine to help with getting a balance on the pool. Dave finally called Monday afternoon (after no one showed nor called that morning), and told me that "they don't work miracles" and "good God people in this town expect things to happen overnight". He repeatedly cut me off as I tried to explain why I was upset about lack of communication and that I still have A LOT of wrinkles in the liner. He then got extremely defensive when I told him to please just finish the concrete and I'd take my business elsewhere for the rest of what I needed done. I honestly have NEVER dealt with such a disrespectful, demeaning, unhospitable business owner in my life.
