Our rental started out great, became a disaster, and because of my persistence, became barely acceptable. If read by Enterprise personnel, please see rental agreement and ref 6912H0 and 606565. We reserved a minivan at the 23rd Street Office with a reservation #. We specifically reserved a minivan that had stow away seats because we had both people and precious cargo to take to family for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival at the 23rd Street office, we were informed that the reservation was actually at the beach office (we had just driven to PC from the beach), but that in reality, neither office had minivans. No accommodation was offered or suggested. It appeared that our Thanksgiving was ruined. As we walked dejectedly to our car and tried to think of a way to salvage things, I noticed several large church-style vans in the parking lot. I went back into the business, and inquired of the associate (Jason) if any of the large vans were available. He said I had to talk to "that guy". "That guy" introduced himself as the manager and was able to put us in a large van at the same cost as the minivan. The reason I wanted a minivan was that the seats fold out of the way. The seats in the large van did not fold out of the way, and were not designed to tilt at all (had to tie them up with the seat belt). This made it extremely challenging to load our cargo, which I finally achieved with cramped muscles and pouring sweat. I do not understand how our reservation was at the wrong location, the vehicle was not available and no suggestion was made to accommodate us. Terrible customer service. The manager was friendly and helpful, but why did I have to beg for a substitute vehicle? Unacceptable.
Cannot say enough about this team. They make the experience wonderful....and easy. Thank you so much.
Christine was very rude and they overcharged for the upgrade , did not pick up the phone from the lot that took ten minutes to walk from the lot to the aiport counter to tell them about a scratch. It took one hour to complete the rental from the time i signed the agreement because they overcharged me and had to go back in and tell them about a scratch on the car that was 2 feet long but since they dont walk out with you to check the car out you have to come back in , then she was rude when I came back in . I got a charge on my card today for it, then when i called her just now she was incredibly rude again, talked down at me, cut me off, and then hung up on me. I will never ever rent there again, seems to only cater to their own. They never pick up the phone she said it was because they were too busy to handle the phones too. They are just trying to make a sale on the upgrade and will not address any issues you have.. Beware of overcharging here and rudeness.
I was as usual very pleased with the service and vehicles that I have rented from Enterprise within the past 2 months. The driver that took me to my work place after returning the vehicle was pleasant.
I have NEVER had a bad experience with Enterprise. It amazes me how the staff there keeps their cool under such insane pressure. I am always treated like an old friend whenever I go in and I especially love J.J. (or "Happy Eyes" as I call him, because he always looks soo happy!) But all the folks at Enterprise are the BEST...they get my 5 stars ANYTIME!
generally i am happy with my rental from enterprise but this go around it was a bit disappointing. when i went to return the car i had to go to a different location because the one i rented from was closed, no big deal, not a problem. when i got to the open location i was 30 minutes late on returning the car, but they were so busy i had to wait another 30 min. before someone was available to check the car in. still not a problem, i get it their busy. the problem started when they tried to charge me more for the car than the amount stated on my agreement. now mind you i am at a different location but i did bring my rental agreement with me and gave it to the woman checking me in( who was clearly in some sort of authority position because everyone else there was asking her permission for certain cases). long story short i corrected her on the price then she charged me an extra hour, a half hour i was willing to pay for i was late but waiting to be helped i shouldn't have to pay for and on top of that she charged me for extra insurance that i declined which was clearly stated on my agreement. when i asked her to credit the amount back to my card she said she would have to clear it with a manager and that they were not in. so i still haven't received a credit or a phone call. i have had to take it up with my credit card company.
Great service thank you and this company for allowing me to rent a vehicle when don't have the credit means that others rental companies require and can't say enough about the service and respect and professional service I received both times I recently used you from this place they all were very busy and made sure everyone was addressed and made me feel comfortable while waiting they get 5 stars would give more it was able!
