This particular greyhound station needs a completely new staff on hand!!! I am irritated at the fact I am forced to drive 15 miles into town to ask a simple ticket question that could be solved over the phone! The only problem is the fat lazy people working there refuse to answer there phones ever!!! This is not the first time I have dealt with this, and now this time possibly twenty rings in they pick up the phone then hang it up! Terrible servoce in person and I'm sure it would be just as bad if they picked up the receivers! What a lousy excuse for employees.

No one was answering the phone for me. It kind of sucked because I had questions about purchasing a ticket online with a prepaid card, but like I said, no one answered! I have been on their buses before and they are nice, but I just don't like the fact that THIS Greyhound service don't answer their phones. My rating is just for this specific Greyhound station!
