I rented a four seater golf cart yesterday they did not tell me that I needed to plug it in over night they obviously gave it to me not fully charged this morning it ran out at 10 o'clock and it was due back at 12 I called no one ever showed to pick me up for 2 hours then I asked for a refund and they told me it was in the paperwork that I should have charged it do not ever rent from this place they did not give me a refund they extremely bad business
They were really professional people and worked with us! We had started off with sports bikes, and then switched over to mopeds. They gave us the best deals!! Definitely give them a try!
This place hires only under the table. They work their employees 70 hours a week with no paid overtime. The owner has gotten hostile with employees multiple times. How are hard working people in panama city suppose to survive not being paid fairly for the hours they work and why hasnt the irs looked into a company with no employees on the books. Not to mention they keep deposits from customers on previously existing damage . i will never go back there.
The service is great and the employees are cool. They give awesome deals and the bikes are in great condition!
Please do not use them they have no insurance my sons bike throttle got stuck and hurt him .... please do not waste your money on these people!!! Very very rude and I'm professional
Parents beware!! My daughter was in Panama City beach and rented a scooter, Her first trip with friends after graduating. A golf cart ran in front of her causing her to wreck, laughing telling her not to drink and drive! When she realized she couldn't reach the ground, she asked to change to the little car( she asked several times) and they wouldn't let her trade, So when she turned her scooter in they charged her 457.00 for 1 day!!! because of the 3 scratches and for a lost key. This left my 18 year old daughter with no money to eat or drink, No gas money to get back to Georgia or for a hotel room.
Do not waste your money or your time! We rented 3 mopeds. 2 of them worked okay, but 1 of them brole down after just 30 minutes. We talked to one of the workers, Steve, and he said the only option I had was to walk the bike back to the store. Luckily we were only a few minutes away from the shop. I was given a different bike, and that one broke down within an hour as well. We waited for over an hour for a truck to come and pick up the bike. This time I just returned the bike and asked for a refund considering I had spent 2 hours with 2 broken bikes and had only had the bikes for 3 hours total. When we got the bikes back to the shop, the workers started the bikes up and since they started then, they were "just fine" and "we must not know how to work a moped." I was told that they could give me a few extra hours on the bike to compensate for my experience but that was it. I returned the bike anyway and was told I had to speak with Colleen, the owner, the next day about a refund. Colleen did not show up and instead decided to talk with us over the phone. After a lengthy discussion, with her calling us liars and being rude, she decided that the best she could do for us was give us half of our money back - because she didn't believe us. Do not waste your time or money on such a poorly ran business.
Very nice and funny people, they gave clear instructions on how to operate vehicle. Would rent from them again.
We had the best time on the scoot coups and we rented little scooters for the kids best customer service
We dealt with Jenn @ California Cycles and it was great. My 3 boys rented scooters for 24 hours and had a blast!
