We dined at this French Restaurant for our Anniversary, wasn’t sure when I first walked in but it took time not time at all to be blown away by this place. Very interesting, classy, chaotic, exciting and satisfying all at the same time. Dishes were exceptional, ambiance just perfect and service was spot-on. I really loved this place for a special dinner. Do yourself a favour and go here. Worth a try!
Having been to many degustations, but they’re far the best. We had the Jidori Egg Yolk - Sabayon Smoke Meringue, Polenta, Kale Melange which was so delicious and creamy! It was cooked perfectly and really was a very special meal!
Needlessly to say, the Jasmine Nougat Glace was to die for. It melts in your mouth it was made to perfection, a spectacular dessert which made us want more!
Had a dinner date recently at Baume and we were very impressed with the outstanding service and food. The food they served were a délice to the eyes and also to the tasting palate. Their wine was amazing well. Service was friendly and attentive. Higher end terms of price but worth the money. Quite, romantic, classy, lovely dinner, Will definitely return. 5 stars.
It was a once in a lifetime dining experience! Celebrated our silver wedding anniversary and the experience was indescribably great. After a warm welcome we settled comfortably in an intimate room with only 5 tables and a mother and son tandem waitstaff. Everything was well arranged and the place was dimmed that makes it so romantic. No menu, every single item was unique and exquisitely presented- very artistic and the wine pairing tantalizes our taste buds. Very expensive, only empirical for a very special celebration like we had.

This is fine dining at its finest. Everything here is done to perfection - impeccable service creative presentation of the dishes (not to mention the dish shapes) curtain drawn semi private setting combinations of fresh ingredients and unique tastes - all of this is an amazing experience. Good things though come at a price. There is no a la carte menu at Baume. You have two choices - the 8 course winter tasting menu or the 12 course winter tasting menu. The ingredients (in no particular order) are displayed on the side of the menu to give you an idea of what you might be sampling. Part of the experience is the surprise. You have no idea of what is going to come out of the kitchen next. The one dish that is apparently on the menu year round is the 62 degree egg.
Service was impeccable. definitly, I will be back soon...

Just came back from a 10 course meal at Baume. Best meal this year - hands down. Very inventive courses while staying balanced with traditional ingredients and flavors. Waitstaff was knowledgeable about the dishes. Debated giving it four stars due to location and atmosphere but thought the food overcame that. This is one that definately stands out.
