Terrible service, won't deal with printer issue, refuses to escalate to higher level. Very disappointing service for loyal HP customers.
Techvedic inc support for $199 is it worth?well, my answer is yes after spending $199 like other customers i was also worried will I get the support? how many times do i have to call ? will they disconnect my call? all the questions got answered finally the day when my system got the blue screen. I called techvedic the rep was very patient he listed to my problem and offered assistance. No call disconnect , no hung up no rude behavior, jut excellent customer service
I will give 10 out of 10 to Techvedic for their impressive tech support. Being new to Techvedic I was skeptic when an expert asked for the permission of remote access. But by the end of the troubleshooting I was satisfied with the service. What I liked the most is - they practice a transparent philosophy and inform users in advance about problems, causes and the charges.
