I went in to get my tire fixed I was in the area(I don't own a Toyota)I didn't have an apt or anything and I was greeted by a porter very nice with a smile and a Advisor by the name of Amir. He had asked me what I needed and I showed him I was on my spare tire. I had my tire in my trunk he which I believe had a whole in it but I couldn't see it so he told me not to worry about it he will take a look at it for me. About and hr later he came to me and said there was a hole in my tire and that it was unrepairable he recommended that I buy a new tire since I was going out of town that morning and it wasn't safe to drive with a spare on. I purchased the tire and with 30mins I was done with getting my tire fixed. As I was waiting to pay for my tire the cashier greeted me with a smile (believe her name was Paula) and asked me how my day was going after letting her know a bit of my situation just her smile made my day better����. Definitely will be recommending my friends and family to get there vehicle serviced here so friendly and polite
I have been taking my BMW to Palo Alto bimmer for the last ten years (basically ever since the factory 4 yr warranty expired). Mike and his team are great. Even though they are crazy busy (just look at the number of cars on their lot any given day) they are always good about assessing the problem and helping me find the BEST solution (not just the easiest or most profitable for them). They understand that owning an older BMW isn't cheap and burdensome so they try to make it as painless as possible with their expertise to solving the problems and charging a very very reasonable rate. They have been in the business of focusing on BMW for 20 years+ I think. They have probably seen every problem under the sun. It's like looking for a doctor. You want someone who has the experience to have done a procedure a million times and still doing it perfectly for you. I see Palo Alto Bimmer as my car doctor. And if it wasn't for them, I would have gotten rid of my car a long long time ago.

Gary Meissner and his staff are highly professional, thorough, honest and fair. One really gets a sense of their commitment to excellence and the obvious professional pride that goes into each job.My vehicle is mostly used for my business, which requires a tremendous amount of driving. Six years ago, when it was definitely time to get a new car, Gary was wonderful about taking the time to recommend what kind of car would be the most advantageous and problem-free for my sort of work. I've been going there for care maintenance for two years after buying my Prius there. It's a great place, super fast, they try their best to make you feel at home. I always bring my dog Max and sit in the waiting room while my car is serviced. No one has every complained. They have coffee and cookies and everyone is courteous. I'm a teacher and I work with people. I'm always amazed how professional and dedicated these people are every time I come in for a service. Professional is the word that comes to mind. We had been looking for a used Highlander for several months and we found just the right car at the right price at Magnussen's Toyota of PA. Our sales person Dich (Dick) Tran was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was kind and really worked hard to ensure we had a great experience. We had a few issues with the car and our bank but the Dich and the rest of his team were very patient with us. I can't recommend Magnussen's and Dich enough.

Randall is very informative when it comes to repairs that need to be done on your car. He gives you options for how or when to return for maintenance.
