UPS Customer Center

Worst service ever and UPS does nothing to try to correct it. If I could give no stars I would. Paid for expedited shipping for a time sensitive item. It was signature only. Took time of work to wait, sat outside, watched as the driver drove right past without even slowing down. Get a message seconds later saying there was an attempt at delivery and no one was home. BS, I was sitting outside. I even have it recorded on my security footage from outside. Called all day to get the driver back, it's Friday and I'm being told my delivery won't be until Monday because of the "failed attempt". The only thing that failed was the driver based out of your Palm Springs facility who lied and now I have to pay for it. UPS does nothing to resolve problems, they don't make any attempt to contact drivers, nothing. I guess they are happy with their low standards of customer service. Going to post this video everywhere I can. I am out the money from today and will be again on Monday of I have to wait again. Guess the world can see their driver's face plastered all over the internet.
