Most people like I do take pride of the vehicle they drive, we take care of them especially if your family rides with you. Car accidents or other unforeseen events can be traumatic for some. In my case, I had someone by my side.



I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful, excellent and professional service provided by Allstate representative Joe Clark.



I will begin this by sharing my experience with you. On April 15th, 2014, I arrived ten minutes early to the office located at 1000 S. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California. Mr. Clark was ready for me as soon as I entered the office. Having someone welcome me with a smile and call me by my name made me feel very comfortable. Mr. Clark was well prepared, he had all my correct information regarding my automobile claim but still reviewed and ensured that no misstates were made by anyone prior to him receiving my claim.



Mr. Clark made direct eye contact with me at all times and explained every step of the process of my claim, and ensured that I had a rental vehicle reserved for me. While he inspected my vehicle, he showed compassion and demonstrated true concern. I must note that most customer service representatives in general lack either the expertise and just go through the process without showing any emotion or concern for their clients. In this case, Mr. Clark demonstrated that he is a dedicated person and loves his job.



Mr. Clark should be recognized by corporate office and upper management for his commitment to Allstate and its clients.



When I came home, I shared my experience with my wife and kids.

This is why I have been I faithful Allstate client for over twenty-two years.
