I surmise the Elmer family arrived via the Pacific Northwest bringing marketing skills, tested recipes upscaled to feed thousands of people a day - even the mid-July scorching season in the Coachella Valley. We have driven by for years, seen quality adverts and ratings and finally stopped for breakfast in 2018. A large family cafe feeding personal family recipes served by extremely hard working team members. Delicious food. Split a plate and have some Boyd's noethwest coffee.

0 customer service Drove 40 minutes to get to this (local) restaurant and they didn't let me in because my brother had shorts on Well you could've said something when I booked a table for 5 people dummies
Typical diner food. Went for lunch, but think it is probably a better place for breakfast. Milkshakes were REALLY good.
Small sports bar/restaurant with great food and drinks. My kids say these are the best burgers they have ever had.
As tourists we have been coming to Azul for many years. We returned to Palm Springs after a hiatus of three years and returned to Azul for pour trip. Ambience and service appeared the same but the food has taken a major downturn. In future trips Azul will not be a stop. Example; there pastas are not listed on menu as all cream sauces. They are listed as marinara, alfredo, and pesto. Yet they make them all as a cream sauce which as we pointed out in the culinary world marinara is a tomato sauce not a cream sauce. Food in general not flavorful, a change from what we used to experience. Sad, used to be a good experience not now.
We had breakfast and really enjoyed it. I had French toast with eggs and bacon. My wife had eggs Benedict. Everything tasted delicious. Service is warm and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant
Delicious breakfast and enjoyable atmosphere. I see why they are always busy now! Glass was spotless and service was prompt.
Solid, filling, all-American breakfasts. The menu is vast, so you'll find something you like. Great place to go after a night of hard drinking. Atmosphere is lively.
I read about this place in some sort of design magazine and it looked cool, decor-wise, so I thought I'd give it a try. The building used to be an old theater so there are high ceilings, lots of wood accents with private booths and a cool bar in back. I thought the food was terrific. Would definitely return. Not your stereotypical "Palm Springs" eatery.
Great food and fun atmosphere. We went for a late dinner and enjoyed our drinks and food. The service was top-notch, too!
