I recently had my car serviced at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. I was impressed by how professional Juan, my service representative, was to deal with - at no time did I feel that he was selling me something that I didn't need. He gave me options and respective pricing and left me to choose what worked for me. He was very amenable to my inquiry about service options and pricing. Overall he and Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda offered first class service.

Great dealership. I searched for a new civic through USAA, was looking to trade in my 04' civic, bought at a different dealership. Jamie Belval at Palm Harbor Honda, was the first representative to contact me from a Honda Dealership, later that afternoon I met with him. He completely exceeded my expectation of a car buying experience. Made me fall in love with Honda all over again. I'm thrilled with my 15' Civic EX-L. I highly recommend giving them a call.
Phenomenal experience. I worked with Boris who also assisted my parents with their purchase a week prior. He was such a pleasure to work with. He gave viable options when purchasing my car, provided in details the features and benefits of the car that I ended up getting. He was not pushy at all and always met myself and my family with a smile and a great attitude. He was accommodating with my schedule to test drive and pick up the car and made sure that all items that I wanted on the car were taken care of right away. Michele, the internet manager, was very kind as well and welcomed us with a smile. Kevin, the sales manager, followed up quickly with a pulse check call to see how the experience was. The service there is impeccable (and I am a stickler for high levels of customer service especially with large transactions such as buying a car) and I will only trust Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor with the care of my car, even if that means driving 45 minutes to get things taken care of. I cannot say enough about the phenomenal service that I received and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are in the market for buying a car, ask for Boris!
Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda has awesome customer service! I could have purchased my car from the Honda dealer 1 mile away but it was worth it to drive the 20 miles to get the phenomenal car buying experience. They responded to my True Car.com inquiry with a call as well as an email, set me up with a VIP appointment where I was greeted by Michele MacMinnon, Internet Manager, who introduced me to Joe Childers, Internet Sales Representative. They had already pulled the cars to the front that met my requests so we did not have to through the lot looking. Looking at a 2014 Civic Lx was a vast difference from my 1996 one and Joe was patient and took the time to go over all of the details with me. He even crawled in the trunk through the back seat opening to demonstrate that my 6' ladder would indeed fit. The team was courteous, respectful, and friendly. They worked with me in every repsect. Their customer service earned my business and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!
