PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I purchased two Samsung galaxy s8+ phones back in May 2017. I had nothing but a horrible experiences ever since. We (my boyfriend and I) switched over to Sprint on a promotion of half off the galaxy's on a 18 month lease. The sales representative, Miguel (then store manager) was very friendly, quick to make a sale. In fact it turned out he mislead us into a contract, by providing misleading information and leaving key details, based off a promotion they were offering. After now 6 months of waiting for my phone bill to be reduced and "pass the buck mentality from several Sprint representatives, we discovered Miguel mislead us.I had tried to get this resolved and have now wasted 6+ hours on the phone. I went into the store last weekend and spoke with Andrew (assistant store manager), who rung up the sale. Andrew had a very poor attitude when dealing with us and in fact acted like we were a burden to him. He had the "not my problem mentality" and was more focused on passing the blame onto others than finding the solution to our problem. Miguel contacted us the next day (Monday) and said that any further contact regarding this manner he would deal with. We explained our frustrations, he promised us that he will have a solution to our problem by Friday and gave us all possible solutions (all of which were satisfactory).Miguel called us on Friday. His " resolution" was less than satisfactory. He explained to us what happened and where the misleading message was, but didn't resolve the issue. He said that he had talked with his manager Lia. We asked for Lia to call us back in a timely matter and are still waiting on a phone call.I feel that this location, specifically these 2 managers are all about lying to their customers into a sale and not following through on what they were quick to promise. They both lack customer service skills and empathy when dealing with customers.

YELLED AT MY MOM AND SAID "NO SH*T BLONDIE!!!!!" WHEN SHE ASKED A QUESTION ... THEN THE OTHER CASHIER LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "OH NOW YOU'RE PISSED." HIS NAME WAS JOHN AND HE WAS A SKINNY LATINO ... I'M LATINO AS WELL JUST DESCRIBING ... I JUST FROZE UP I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY OR HOW TO REACT WITHOUT GOING TO JAIL!!!
This location is above the rest. I had many problems with my AZ Tmobile account and I walk into this location in Palm Springs and the manager of the store solves all the problems that my home location could not do in 3 weeks. I can not express enough that this store has great management , great staff and if all the Tmobile stores was cloned from this store T-Mobile in Palm Springs the company would never have to worry about competition. I went for help on 2/16 and came out of the store angry and totally frustrated!! The Att rep really tried to help me but could not. Manny the manager could NOT find a solution to my problem. In fact told me they could not find my phone in ANY of their records. I called Att customer support and spoke to a woman that found everything I needed. Do go to Manny's store!!
Great service at low prices! Been with us for 20 years. We would not have it any other way.
