Ok so as you can tell I am not happy about this stores crummy service

I moved to the area from Arkansas where I worked at a bike shop.

I was very suppressed to find this is one of the very few shops in the area.

So I go there to get some tires for my wife’s bike. I wanted tubeless and instead they tell me these tires here are great you cant get any better we here at the shop use them all the time. Well they are not tubeless tires but I buy them because I think maybe they know some thing I don’t, well they cost 93dallors for the two and they ACCEDENTLY charge me 391. Well I don’t notice until about two days later. So back I go and they tell me oh yea we noticed as soon as you left. But they never called! Or tried to contact me! So they say sorry and refund my money 4days later. I give them another try with some parts I want and once again the wrong part was given to me and when I tried to return it a restocking fee was going to be charged so I kept the item. This has happened two times with the parts. And when I told them about the crappy tires not holding airbecause they suck and are wrong… well its because I did some thing wrong. Never mind my bike has tubeless and they are still aired up from over a month ago.

So after all that I would not recommend TRI A Bike.
